Home/School Association

Welburn Hall has an active and enthusiastic Home/School Association (HSA).

Its main aim is to advance the education and welfare of the pupils of the school and college.  It does this by fostering strong relationships between our staff and parents and others in the community who are associated with Welburn Hall.

The HSA arranges, plans and takes a lead role in activities and events which support the school and college and assists in the provision of facilities for the benefit of pupils which would not normally be provided by the Local Authority.
A number of fund raising events are held throughout the year, culminating in our famous annual Garden Party each July.

According to the constitution of the Association:

the Chairperson is Sarah Barker

the Treasurer is Cath McGill

The Home/School Association is a Registered Charity, Number 529656.

Recent purchases or developments which have been made possible by the Home / School Association include;
Support the setup of the school farm (approx. £20k)
Support the setup of the Internet Café (approx. £4k)
Alongside local supporters purchased school minibuses (approx. £20K)
