Spring had sprung.....

Posted 27/2/2018

Well, although the spring flowers had so beautifully poked through on the school grounds throughout February, we are now in the grip of the Siberian 'beast from the East'!

Staff and pupils have been very busy this term working on accreditation in Key Stage 4 and 5, as well as progression pathways for all our students. In Key Stages 2 and 3, there are many fine examples of excellent work in all subjects. This can be seen in pupils' workbooks, on WOW walls, class noticeboards, at assemblies and of course during lessons. It is a joy and a privilege to see the wonderful work and dedication from staff on all teams, encouraging pupils at every opportunity to succeed.

Looking forward to Easter, we will be holding events in school, so please look out for details on those.

After Easter, we will be prioritising Key Stage2,  4 and 5 outcomes and accreditation and then looking forward to residential trips, the garden party and school performances. Let's hope the snow clears this week and the daffodils start to blossom!

Thank you, Marianne
